This June, I'm gathering a small group of women in the Hudson Valley for 3 days of deep Portal work.
We'll gather at my studio, Village Yoga, to experience the container for inner work in community that I create — beautiful, intentional, stunning.
You’ll feel what it's like to be held without fixing. To have someone create beauty FOR you. To stop performing and just BE.
And you’ll learn how to create that for yourself, so you walk away with tools to keep Practicing everyday, in your own 40 minutes, in your own everyday life.

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. This retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself — through practice, space, and tending to the Portal you’re in.

THE RETREAT EXPERIENCEWEDNESDAY, JUNE 17 -
THE ARRIVAL
2:00pm - Opening Workshop We begin.
This is the first deep dive: an introduction to my signature 40 Early Mornings framework, setting intentions for the retreat, and excavating the inner landscape together.
What portal are you in? What's this year asking of you? What are you calling in? What are you letting go?
6:00pm - JUICY Yoga Class We move it into our bodies.
A strong, sweaty, delicious yoga practice. The kind that makes you feel alive and wrung out in the best way. Absolutely all levels made welcome in my classes. I got you.
7:00pm - Welcome Dinner Barefoot. Still in our yoga clothes. Casual and warm.
We gather outside (weather permitting: this is June in the Hudson Valley, it's magic) for our first meal together. Connection. Laughter. Simply being together.
Day TwoTHURSDAY, JUNE 18 -
THE DEEP DIVE
7:30am - Morning Meditation + Journaling We gather early.
Structured meditation. Then spacious, contemplative journaling time.
You can stay in the studio. You can slip out to the coffee shop downstairs. You can walk to the park. You can find a corner and just be.
This is the rhythm we’re building — the tools, the space, the practice.
10:00am - Regroup + Group Discussion We come back together.
What came up? What did you notice? What wants to be said?
11:00am - Gentle Yoga Movement as meditation. Slow, intentional, grounding.
1:00pm - LUNCH BREAK Two full hours. Just for you.
Walk the village. Grab lunch at one of the cute local spots I’ll recommend. Sit by the creek. Take a nap. Journal more. Process. Be.
This is spacious by design. There's just as much to be gained from a quiet afternoon walk as there is in a scheduled session.
3:00pm - Afternoon Session We go deeper into the 40 Early Mornings methodology.
The tools: meditation, journaling, breathwork, reading.
The practice: how to build your 40 minutes. How to make it sustainable. How to remember who you are.
7:00pm - Dinner at my favorite spot in the Village We walk (2 minutes) to my favorite wine bar in town.
This is where I celebrated my 40th birthday. This is where we'll celebrate the deep work we’re doing together.
Al fresco. Beautiful food. Lovely wine & N/A bevs. Real conversation.
Day ThreeFRIDAY, JUNE 19 -
THE INTEGRATION
7:30am - Morning Meditation We sit together one more time.
Quiet. Grounded. Present.
8:30am - Vigorous Yoga Class taught by my favorite teacher (my husband Sam ;)) — the kind that reminds pushes you just enough to remind you: you’re stronger than you think.
A sweaty, powerful, full-body practice. The kind that makes you feel like you can do anything.
Break for coffee. Breathe. Integrate.
10:30am - Closing Session This is where it all comes together.
We review the framework. We create your personal 40-day plan. We work through obstacles. We prepare for summer solstice (Day 1 of your own daily, personal practice ritual in your Real Life).
I'll bring in lunch. We’ll eat together. We’ll close the container.
4:00pm - Retreat Ends
You leave with clarity. With tools. With a plan. With a community of women who've done this alongside you.
And on Sunday, June 21, The Summer Solstice, you begin Day 1 of 40 Early Mornings (with everything you need inside you & at your fingertips!)

Most women stay 2-3 nights (arrive Tuesday or Wednesday, leave Friday or Saturday).
