I’ve spent a dozen years holding space for women in the midst of big change.

It started with my own — leaving Big Law at the top of my game because I was dying inside. Choosing alive over accomplished.

And since then, I’ve witnessed hundreds of women walk through their own portals. Divorce. Career pivots. Turning 40. Burnout. Becoming mothers. The big obvious ones and the quiet, unnamed ones.

Here's what I know:

You know what you’re ready to let go of. You just don’t know how — or what comes next.

You’re going through the motions even though you’ve outgrown this version of your life.

You’re settling for fine.

But what if you could let it be stunning?

My Process
Here's how we work together:

    THE FOUNDATION (In-Person Experience)

    Before we begin — or early in our work together — you'll experience the container I create.

    Either at a Portal Retreat (2.5 days with a small group of women) or a private 1-day retreat with me in the Hudson Valley.

    This isn’t optional. It’s essential.

    You need to FEEL what it’s like to be held in a space of practicing inner work that’s beautiful, intentional, stunning — so you can learn how to create it for yourself.

    This is where the foundation is laid.

    PHASE 1: FOUNDATION (Months 1-2)

    We name your portal. We identify what you’re grieving, becoming, protecting.

    We build your baseline practice (starting where you are, working up slowly).

    You learn the tools: meditation, journaling, breath work, embodiment practices, rest.

    You notice when you’ve left yourself. You practice coming back.

    You begin to hear your own voice again.

    PHASE 2: DEEPENING (Months 3-4)

    We extend your practice (working toward 40 minutes daily).

    We go deeper into the inner landscape.

    We work through resistance, old patterns, the hard stuff.

    Your voice gets louder (clearer than consensus).

    You start to know yourself again.

    PHASE 3: INTEGRATION (Months 5-6)

    We solidify your sustainable practice (40 minutes daily).

    Self-inquiry → Self-understanding → Self-compassion → Self-sovereignty.

    You navigate your portal consciously.

    We plan for what's next (how do you keep going?).

    You remember who you are.

The Transformation

BEFORE (Living by Consensus):

  • Don’t know who you are

  • Can’t hear your own voice

  • Living by duty, performing your life

  • Escaping into achievement/service/busyness

  • Resenting everyone

  • Abandoning yourself constantly

  • Nervous system disregulated

  • Settling for “fine”

AFTER (Living by Self-Sovereignty):

  • Know who you are

  • Can hear your own voice (louder than consensus)

  • Living by choice, inhabiting your life

  • Being with yourself without escaping

  • Trusting yourself

  • Staying with yourself

  • Nervous system regulated

  • Life is stunning (not just fine)

And now I hold space for other women doing the same work.

I create beautiful spaces, experiences, and containers where women remember who they are. And I show them how to hold all these pieces together for themselves and let it be stunning.

This isn't about optimization or productivity hacks. It's not about adding more to your plate.

It's about building a sustainable practice — 40 minutes a day — that teaches you to come back to yourself. This is a tool I will teach you and you’ll keep using for a lifetime.

My background:

Former Big Law attorney (I lived the burnout, I know your world)
Meditation teacher for 15+ years (I know the tools, I've refined the method)
Run Village Yoga in the Hudson Valley with my husband Sam (I've taught thousands of students)
Host The 40 Portal podcast (I collect wisdom from women about threshold moments)
Author of 40 Early Mornings (coming Summer 2026)
